| Electric Deck Oven |  | We offer a gamut of Electric Deck Oven With Prover which is specially designed for preparing bread and buns in an appropriate manner. Our high quality porver operated at favorable condition of temperature 31 deg C to 35 deg C and humidity 85 to 90% Rh. The temperature and humidity level in the prover can be set to desired level. In the proving process, dia static activity in the flour is carried out in order to produce fermentable sugars for yeast that results golden brown color soft breads and buns. | Conical Rounder |  | This well- designed cronical rounder is used for the intermediate as well as the final stages of moulding and rounding of the wheaten dough. The dough pieces are rounded into well- closed balls with smooth surfaces between a rotating cone equipped with grooves and a suitable shaped spiral. This enables equal prooging.

- All dough contact parts are surface protected with Teflon. This prevents the dough from sticking and makes cleaning easier.

| First Prover Bread Plant Machine |  | Because the dough becomes stressed after being divided and rounded, it requires resting, before it is prepared for the final moulding. The pockets of a first prover are where all the dough pieces are passed through optimal climatic conditions, which gives the dough proper elasticity that is needed for further processing. This First Prover is manufactured with superior quality materials, in accordance with CE Directives. It is also suitable for more demanding lines with higher capacities.
Advantages - By changing the conveyance speed of pockets or by displacing the outlet, the time taken to rest dough can be adjusted.
- Non- sticking and non- absorbing materials are used for making pockets.

| Final Proover |  | Why Proving is important? Proving is an important aspect of bread and bun manufacturing. The dough,( of bread and bun ) when proved will result in golden brown colour & soft texture when baked. Proving chamber provides optimal conditions of temperature 31 deg C to 35 deg C & humidity 85 to 90% Rh. Both temperature & humidity can be separately set to desired level.
During proving operation, the yeast will have sufficient food to effect a faster gas production. Therefore it is necessary that there is sufficient diastatic activity in the flour in order to produce fermentable sugars for yeast to carry out its function efficiently during the critical stage of proving.
