| Batch Ovens | 
 | CS aerotherm has supplied more than 100 ovens – batch ovens for a wide variety of applications for the coated disc plant. This involves first stage curing, second stage curing and drying operations. | Tunnel Ovens | | C S Aerotherm has designed and manufactured tunnel ovens for all types of processing. These ovens have been designed for use with a wide range of existing conveyor systems. We provide electric gas and steam heated units with operating temperatures from 650C to 6500C.
Tunnel ovens are designed to include support points for your conveyor system. Adjustable silhouette dampers are provided on the oven end openings to minimize heat loss.
Each Oven is designed for the specific application and can include multiple heat zones and a cooling zone. Units can be provided in sections for easy installation and mating with existing conveyor system. | | Request for full product details and quotation |
| Curing Ovens | | Curing of Beartex product – Weber line as well as coated line – using oil fired burners with most economical fuel consumption. A no. of other ovens including post curing operations have been made with conveyorized design. | Heat Exchangers | | Heat exchangers up to 8.5 lakh Kcal per hr. have been designed and fabricated by CS aerotherm for various applications. | Corn Cob Dryers | | Here the principle of operation is to use the available fuel (cobb) in the seed processing plant and provide economy in the operation. | Air Classifiers | | An air classifier is an industrial machine which sorts materials by a combination of size, shape, and density. It works by injecting the material stream to be sorted into a chamber which contains a column of rising air. Inside the separation chamber, air drag on the objects supplies an upward force which counteracts the force of gravity and lifts the material to be sorted up into the air. Due to the dependence of air drag on object size and shape, the objects in the moving air column are sorted vertically and can be separated in this manner. | Cyclone Separators | | Cyclone separators are used to remove 99% of free liquids and solids 5 microns and larger. They are used as slug catchers and inlet separators for plants or for gas well test separators.
