Commercial Bakery Machinery offered finds suitability for bakery that has in it capacity of using 100 kgs of maida/flour per day (a day considered of twelve-hour shift) where these are especially suitable for sweet shops diversifying into bakery products like Anand Sweets-Bangalore, Bikanerwala - Hyderabad, Lyallpur Sweets & KS Lovely Sweets-Ludhiana, Uttar Sweets - Dehradun, and Sivareddy & Keshavareddy Sweets-Hyderabad). This bakery package also finds suitability for Hospitals, Two and Three-Star Hotels, Spas as well as Railways-Base Kitchens where this functions ideally as an in-store bakery.

This bakery package is also suitable for installation in super and hyper marts like Reliance, More, Heritage and others where the installed package can generate business of Rs. 20,000-25,000 per day on twelve-hour operation per day. Further, these can generate net profit of around 10% of sales and can go up to 15% depending upon product mix like more value-added products including specialty biscuits, cakes, pastries, puffs and others.

The offered equipment range made available under this package includes Rotary-Rack Oven/Corresponding Prover, Spiral Mixer, Planetary Mixer, Bread Slicer and Mould & Trays. Further, the whole package can also be offered with single-deck gas oven as an optional choice which would help in baking cakes (for cake orders of around 4 kgs Sponge only/also called base). Here, the machines offered in above-mentioned package can also be modified so as to suit customer’s specific requirements.

Some of the end products this offered package can be used in producing include products like bread, bun, biscuits, muffins, dinner rolls, pastry, cake, baguettes that can be baked to high quality finish and superior backed colors. Here, the oven is also capable of generating high degree of steam that is necessary for yeast products. The infrastructure support required for installing this system includes working area of around 700 to 800 sq-ft.
