First Bakery Proofer/Inter Bakery Proofer bakery process equipment solution offered by us finds application for resting of dough after it becomes stressed while undergoing division and rounding process before getting prepared for final moulding. Here, the in the Pockets of first Bakery Proofer, all dough pieces are passed through optimal climatic conditions so as to provide in the dough required elasticity needed for further processing. The use of quality production standards maintained by First Bakery Proofer is also in accordance with CE Directives and finds suitability for more demanding lines with higher capacities.

Some of the derived benefits of the system include adjusting the resting time of dough through changing conveyance speeds of pockets or by displacing outlet, use of non-sticking and non-absorbing materials for making pockets, presence of ultraviolet lamps for preventing formation of bacteria and mildew and presence of charging conveyor for charging the pockets. The options coming with the system include air-conditioner coming with heater, insulated linings, efficient pockets of 200 nos, installed power ( Kw) of 0.75 (1 HP) and connecting voltage of Ph 415V, 50 Hz.
